Carol Collins is an acknowledged Caribbean expert on the development of information policies and has a wide range of experience in planning and designing national information systems for small island economies. He specialises in consumer related market research: pre- and post- advertising tests, usage and attitude studies, customer satisfaction studies, taste tests, market size and share, and psychographic studies. He will also undertake retail trade audits and traffic and volume counts. Keith is also in demand to provide assistance in merchandising - shelf-stocking and display and promotion and in-store intelligence such as inventories and competitive information.

Claudette de Freitas is an agricultural economist with a wide range of experience as an information professional. She has an excellent reputation for providing information services to both the public and private sectors in the English-speaking Caribbean. Her areas of specialization include development research and data collection, general management, and project preparation, appraisal and coordination.

Maria Aurora Soto Balbon has extensive experience in the provision of scientific and technical information. A communications specialist, her main field of interest is information access management, and her work has mainly been related to the automation of information processes and services, and to the development of information service networks. Bilingual (Spanish/English) she has an excellent reputation as an information provider in the Spanish-speaking Caribbean.

Rhonda G. Wilson has worked extensively in the region providing economic data and trade information to Caribbean and international business.
